2. Paid Orders Only

All custom song orders are paid services. No music order is free unless manually approved by Luxe Song Studio. Payment must be completed before production begins.

3. AI-Assisted Creation

AI-assisted tools may be used to help create lyrics, images, music, vocals, instrumentals, artwork, and other deliverables. Results may vary. We do not guarantee an exact sound, exact voice, exact artist match, exact image style, exact lyric structure, or exact emotional result.

4. Third-Party Creative Tools

We may use third-party creative tools including ChatGPT for lyric/image support and Suno for audio/music generation. Final file use may remain subject to applicable platform terms, commercial-use permissions, licensing rules, and content policies. Luxe Song Studio is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, OpenAI, or ChatGPT unless clearly stated in writing.

5. Customer Submissions

When you submit names, stories, images, lyrics, voice notes, audio, ideas, references, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, that they do not violate third-party rights, and that they are not illegal, hateful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful.

6. Uploaded Images

If you upload a personal image for cover art, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You authorize Luxe Song Studio to edit, enhance, transform, crop, redesign, or use AI-assisted tools on that image for your order. Uploaded images are used only for your order unless you give separate promotional permission.

7. No Celebrity Voice Cloning or Artist Impersonation

Customers may request a general genre, mood, vibe, or inspiration, but may not request exact celebrity voice cloning, pretending a famous artist made the song, copying copyrighted songs, or using a real artist's name, voice, likeness, or brand in a misleading way.

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

Your delivered song is a custom digital creative product made for personal or commercial use where allowed by applicable law and third-party platform rules. Because AI-assisted tools may be used, Luxe Song Studio does not guarantee exclusive copyright ownership, copyright registration eligibility, royalty collection eligibility, publishing administration rights, uniqueness, or protection from third-party claims.

9. Suno-Generated Audio

Audio/music deliverables may be generated using Suno under a paid plan that may include commercial use rights for new songs created under that plan. Suno terms may change, may include content rules, and may not guarantee copyright ownership in AI-generated output.

10. Delivery

Depending on the package purchased, final deliverables may include MP3 audio, WAV audio, lyrics file, cover art image, download page, email delivery, and other agreed digital files. If a customer has trouble downloading files, Luxe Song Studio may resend files by email or another reasonable delivery method.

11. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the package, production status, and the nature of the request. Revisions must stay within the original order details. A completely new concept, story, genre, or song direction may require a new paid order.

12. Refunds

Because this is a custom digital creative service, refunds are limited. Once production begins, refunds are generally not available. If there is an issue with delivery or file access, we will try to fix it or resend the files. See the Refund Policy for details.

13. Prohibited Content

We may refuse or cancel orders involving illegal activity, hate or harassment, threats, real-world violence, sexual content involving minors, copyright or trademark infringement, celebrity impersonation, unauthorized voice cloning, stolen images/audio, fraud, deceptive use, or content that violates third-party platform rules.

14. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

You are responsible for how you use, upload, publish, distribute, monetize, or share delivered files. Luxe Song Studio is not responsible for social media takedowns, copyright disputes caused by customer-provided materials, customer misuse, platform moderation decisions, or loss of files after delivery.

15. No Guarantee of Viral Results or Revenue

We do not guarantee that any song, video, cover art, or digital file will go viral, earn revenue, be accepted by a platform, or produce any specific result.

16. Privacy and Changes

Customer information, uploaded images, and order details are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Luxe Song Studio may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this website.
