Refund Policy

Luxe Song Studio provides custom digital creative services. Because each order is personalized, refund options are limited.

Before Production Starts

If production has not started, a refund may be approved at our discretion.

Once lyrics, music, artwork, editing, or production work has started, refunds are generally not available.

Completed and delivered digital files are non-refundable.

If something needs to be adjusted, we may offer a revision instead of a refund when appropriate.

If you have trouble downloading your files, contact us. We can resend your files by email or provide another delivery option.

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, contact us for review.
